The Jester's Guild is an Academy & Partner formula. We mobilize reality within organizations through the Drs. Jester method, based on the roles of the ancient court jester. Our focus is on training and engaging professional jesters. The professional Jester/Nar, i.e. Profnar® seeks out the blind spots of organizations. It's dangerous for a leader to surround themselves only with yes-men. Who will point out your blind spots? Who will tell you the unvarnished truth? Organizations, and often those at the top, can quickly start believing in their own perspectives, losing sight of reality in the process. Our Profnar® is your Guardian of Reality and strives to hold up a mirror to people in a lighthearted manner.
