Monique Quanjel

Monique Quanjel is an experienced HR advisor with a strong background in designing and implementing comprehensive HR policies. Currently serving as an HR advisor at WM8KTD since June 2023, Monique also holds the role of Advisor for People & Organization at Het Publieke Domein. Previous positions include Acting M&O advisor at Samenwerkingsverband Noord-Nederland, P&O advisor at CS Vincent van Gogh (Assen), and HR advisor at Groningen Seaports, where responsibilities encompassed budget management, personnel development, and organizational change. Monique's career began as Head of P&O at Gemeente Ten Boer and included a position as Personnel Advisor at Waterschap Hunze en Aa's, contributing to the merger of northern water authorities. Monique holds a Master’s Degree in Andragologie from the University of Groningen and has pursued further education in labor consultancy and self-management.
