The Digital Privacy Support Specialist plays a key role in safeguarding our clients’ online privacy by identifying and removing sensitive personal information from the internet. In this position you will conduct online searches, document your findings, draft and submit content removal requests, and support privacy-related activities. The ideal candidate possesses strong writing and communication skills, is proficient in basic computer applications, and thrives in a fast past environment. No prior experience in this field is required, as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. This candidate must meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure to ensure our clients’ privacy and safety. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic online searches to locate personal information or sensitive data that requires removal.

  • Accurately document identifying information and report potential risks to senior team members.

  • Submit and create information takedown requests to online platforms and data brokers.

  • Create concise reports and visual products summarizing findings and removal efforts and status for review by senior team members before delivery to clients.

  • Work diligently to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes, even in high-pressure situations.

  • Respond to privacy-related inquiries and assist with tasks that support the overall privacy objectives of clients.

  • Participate in training and actively develop skills necessary to perform job functions effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to write clearly, succinctly, and professionally.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • High level of accuracy and diligence in documenting findings.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
  • Open to training and eager to develop expertise in digital privacy.
