Milind Bhandarkar

Milind Bhandarkar serves as a Senior Distinguished Technologist and Chief Architect at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, leading a team focused on Ezmeral product architecture, which includes Unified Analytics and Data Fabric. Bhandarkar has a strong background in data and analytics technologies, having founded Ampool, Inc., where Milind served as CTO and CEO, pioneering hybrid and multi-cloud solutions before the company's acquisition by HPE. With experience spanning various roles at notable organizations including Pivotal, Greenplum, LinkedIn, and Yahoo!, Bhandarkar has advanced efforts in big data infrastructures, machine learning platforms, and cloud technologies. Bhandarkar holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has been instrumental in industry initiatives, including serving on the Presto Foundation Governing Board and as a director for BigData Top 100.
