Yannik Nager

Yannik Nager is a seasoned professional in the field of robotics and artificial intelligence with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as Tech Lead - Perception at Hexagon AB since September 2024, Yannik previously held the position of Head of AI at Sunflower Labs from January 2019 to September 2024, and also worked as a Robotics & Machine Learning Engineer. Earlier in the career, Yannik gained experience as a Robot Software Engineering Intern at Magazino GmbH and as Technical Lead at VariLeg, where the development of a lower limb exoskeleton was a key responsibility, alongside securing sponsorships and managing engineering processes. Yannik is also the founder of LF Events, organizing numerous nightlife events in Lucerne, and completed internships at RUAG Space. Educationally, Yannik holds a Master's degree in Robotics, Systems and Control from ETH Zürich and the National University of Singapore, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich.
