Chibuzo Uzoigwe

Dr Chibuzo Uzoigwe is a Senior Microbiologist at Hexis Lab Limited, with experience in biosynthesis of high value microbial metabolites for various industrial applications and preservatives efficacy and stability assays. Previously, worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Teesside University where they focused on quantitation of acrylamide levels in food samples. They also have experience as a Microbiology lecturer at the University of Port Harcourt, teaching various microbiology courses. Dr Uzoigwe holds a PhD in Microbiology Biotechnology from Teesside University, a Master of Science in Environmental Microbiology and Bioremediation, and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Microbiology and Bacteriology from the University of Port Harcourt.
