Wouter Schilpzand

Wouter Schilpzand is an experienced innovation grant consultant, currently working at Hezelburcht since June 2011, where responsibilities include providing subsidy advice and managing subsidy applications and administration. Prior to this role, Wouter worked as an advisor at Considerati from June 2009 to May 2011, focusing on Internet and IT strategy, policy, and law. Earlier experience includes a research position at Eindhoven University of Technology, where Wouter undertook projects on mobility and landscape cluttering, and a researcher role assessing NFC applications and societal implications at Rathenau Instituut and the Netherlands Office of Science and Technology. Wouter earned an MSc in Technology and Innovation Policy from Eindhoven University of Technology, graduating cum laude, and received a cum laude distinction from Johan van Oldebarnevelt Gymnasium.
