Elizabeth Staas

Elizabeth Staas, CRCR, currently serves as the Regional Executive 3 for HFMA Region 4, where Elizabeth supports chapter leaders in enhancing education, networking, and professional empowerment since June 2023. In addition, Elizabeth is the Regional Vice President at HBCS, focusing on optimizing healthcare revenue cycle performance through innovative solutions and technology. Previous roles include National Vice President of Business Development at Firstsource, where Elizabeth contributed to maximizing reimbursement and cash flow for healthcare providers, and held multiple leadership positions within Virginia-Washington DC HFMA, including President from 2015 to 2016. Elizabeth's extensive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management is complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Communications/Marketing from Mary Baldwin University.
