Kendra Gedney

Kendra Gedney is a Data Scientist at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services since September 2024. Prior to this role, Kendra advanced through various positions at Civis Analytics from April 2019 to September 2024, including Lead, Applied Data Science and Senior Applied Data Scientist. Kendra's career began at Georgetown University, serving as a Graduate Research Assistant from July 2017 to April 2019 while also completing a Master's Degree in Analytics. Earlier experience includes a Data Science Internship at Nielsen and multiple roles at ESPN, where Kendra held positions from Research Analyst to Associate Manager, as well as a Content Specialist position at FactSet. Kendra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
