Russalin Mahatthanarak is an experienced professional in the fields of innovation, operations, and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation at Hi-Tech Apparel since December 2022, Russalin also founded HEXA Merciful Living in 2018, focusing on product development in footwear and bags, global material sourcing, and event planning. Previous roles include Director of Operations at MTR Leather Goods, where responsibilities encompassed supply chain management and HR, as well as Business Development Manager at Okamoto Industries, where Russalin facilitated the import of Japanese products to Thailand's 7-11 stores. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant to the CEO at Sappe Public Company Limited and Program Developer at WORKPOINT ENTERTAINMENT.
