Pamela Gross

Pamela Gross is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and creative production. Currently serving as a Business Development Executive at Steelworks since October 2022, Pamela has also worked as a Creative Producer and On-Air Host for Afterbuzz TV, producing aftershows for MTV's The Challenge since September 2016. Previous roles include Senior Business Development Consultant at FS Studio, Talent Agent/Business Development at Famous Frames, and Associate Producer at Abundance Entertainment, focusing on securing financing for independent films. Pamela also held editorial responsibilities as Editor in Chief at Hollywood Covered Magazine, advertising management as Advertising Director for Brentwood Media Group, and membership development at Film Independent, strengthening industry relationships. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Communications from Emerson College.
