Lauren Bailey

Lauren Bailey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in demand planning and materials management. Currently serving as a Senior Demand Planner at Hickory Farms, LLC since August 2022, Lauren has also co-founded LIFT Field Hockey, an organization dedicated to developing young girls' leadership and teamwork through sports. Prior roles include Senior Demand Planning Analyst at Serial 1 Cycle Company, Materials and Execution Manager at INNIO Group, and various positions at GE Power and Konecranes focused on procurement. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 2004 and 2008.
