High Altitude Fitness, formerly The Incline Athletic Club, was purchased by Jason Burd in 2006. His development plans included building a state-of-the-art climbing wall, which is updated regularly, and meticulously maintained, to compliment a year round fitness center. The climbing wall includes bouldering, auto-belays, and over 3,800 vertical feet and 13,000 total square feet. 80+ unique routes and boulder problems! We offer group fitness classes from cycling to TRX in addition to a wide variety of cardio machines and free weights. Members can enjoy free wireless internet in the lobby, use of the well-equipped locker rooms that recently underwent a $60,000 renovation including brand new saunas for both men and women. In our lobby you may enjoy healthy snacks, smoothies & coffees. In April 2018 after 5 years of searching for a second location in Truckee, High Altitude Fitness got approval to build a 27,000 sqft facility.
