Nathalie Biderman began her career as a lawyer at the Paris Bar. After advising the Organizing Committee of the Albertville Olympic Games, particularly in the context of the implementation of its marketing and communication strategy, she joined the American business law firm Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton. She will be responsible, in New York, then in Paris, for advising multinationals on their expansion and restructuring policies in Europe, more particularly in the media, communication and information technology sectors.
Nathalie left the bar in 1999 to embark on the internet adventure. Based in Barcelona, she will join the team of founders of the start-up eDreams, an online travel site that will become one of the European leaders, now owned by the investment funds Permira and Axa Private Equity.
In 2003, she joined the Havas Group, first within the International Division, then as COO of the worldwide network Euro RSCG Worldwide PR (today Havas Worldwide PR). For nearly 10 years, she advised French and international groups in their communication strategies, but also personalities from the political and economic world, both in France and abroad, as well as several international institutions and NGOs.
With this unique expertise, particularly in the field of public affairs, lobbying, crisis management and political communication, she decided in 2012 to create Calya Consultants, a communication strategy consulting company. Calya Consultants is aimed at companies and personalities who wish to acquire an international dimension in spheres of influence outside their borders.
Nathalie Biderman holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master's degree in international law from Georgetown University, a DESS and a Master's degree in business law/taxation from the University of Paris II-Panthéon. She is admitted to the New York Bar.
