Jeffrey Cubbal

Jeffrey Cubbal is a seasoned Senior Consultant with extensive experience in defense contracting and program management, currently serving at Highbury Defense Group since December 2020. Prior roles include Senior Consultant positions at XSITE LLC and CSA Guidance Consulting, where responsibilities included authoring critical source selection documentation for the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command and the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command.
