The Governance and Strategic Oversight team at Higher Colleges of Technology is responsible for ensuring effective governance practices and strategic alignment across the institution. Comprised of board members and executive leaders, this team works collaboratively to set long-term goals, oversee institutional policy-making, and enhance the educational experience to meet the needs of students and industry stakeholders in the UAE.
