Jason Gingrich

Jason Gingrich is an experienced talent acquisition professional, currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at Intrinsic since July 2021, and concurrently a member of HIGHER Community since July 2023. Previously, Jason led talent acquisition efforts at X, the moonshot factory, and held the position of Lead Technical Recruiter at Vicarious AI, where the focus was on creating a recruitment process for artificial general intelligence. Additional roles include Senior Technical Recruiter at Chewy and Recruiting Director at Randstad Technologies US, where Jason successfully managed and trained teams while addressing high-level recruitment needs. Early career experiences include technical recruitment at Avere Technology Staffing and strategic consulting for the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Merced.
