Jacki Toms

Jacki Toms, CF APMP, is a highly skilled Proposal Graphic Designer and Editor currently employed at Highlight Technologies since October 2018. Previously, Jacki held positions at CACI International Inc. from June 2014 to September 2018, including STSC Department Lead and Technical Writer/Editor II, along with serving as a Technical Librarian I. Earlier experience includes working as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Kroger from January 2009 to May 2014 and a Research Assistant in the Aquatic Ecology Lab at Miami University in mid-2013. Jacki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology and Environmental Science from Miami University and has furthered professional expertise with certificates in Editing from The University of Chicago Graham School, Adobe Illustrator through ThinkBIG.LearnSmart, and Writing and Managing Federal Proposals from Shipley Associates. Jacki completed high school at Middletown High School.
