Ali Raza

Ali Raza has extensive experience in project management and operational efficiency, currently serving as Project Manager at Highnoon since November 2019. Responsibilities include overseeing project control, facilitating collaboration among multiple teams, and managing the implementation of production lines to enhance operational efficiency. Ali has successfully led key projects such as the installation of new manufacturing systems and the implementation of digital tools to streamline processes. Prior roles include Assistant Project Coordinator and Management Trainee Officer at Highnoon, and project associate positions at Nestlé, Atlas Honda Limited, and PEL Groups, where Ali focused on improving production processes and efficiency.
