Zulfiqar Zaidi

Zulfiqar Zaidi is an experienced professional in human resources and strategic planning, currently serving as Director of Human Resources & Strategic Planning at Highnoon Laboratories Limited since January 2022. Zulfiqar has also been a Certified Coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching since April 2018. Prior to these roles, Zulfiqar held several significant positions including Group EVP HR Strategy, Digitalization & Governance at Ufone, and Head of Staffing & Compensation at Mobilink. Zulfiqar has extensive expertise in talent acquisition, human capital management, and developing sustainable digital ecosystems. Educational qualifications include a Human Resources Program from Queen's University, an MBA in Marketing from Quaid-e-Azam University, and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from NUST.
