Rishi Mamidela

Rishi Mamidela has extensive experience in customer success and program management, currently serving as Associate Program Director and Senior Manager - Customer Value at HighRadius since February 2018. Rishi manages a client base in the EMEA region, focusing on building a team of committed Customer Value Managers and enabling customers to understand data for business improvement. Previous roles at HighRadius include Customer Value Manager and Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities encompassed client management, automation tracking, and product adoption. Prior to HighRadius, Rishi was a Customer Success Manager at Gamooga SoftTech Pvt. Ltd., where Rishi initiated the customer success process, built technical and account management teams, and implemented automation projects across various sectors. Rishi also held positions in business development and analysis. Rishi holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
