Earl Lee

Earl Lee currently leads data infrastructure products at Hightouch, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Earl co-founded and served as CEO of HeadsUp from September 2020 to October 2023, where efforts focused on enabling product-led growth for SaaS through data and machine learning, successfully raising $8.3 million and exiting to Hightouch. Earl's experience also includes consulting and investing roles at Costanoa Ventures, as well as a key position in product and analytics at FiscalNote, where contributions included leading core data products and mobile applications. In earlier engineering roles, Earl was among the first hires at FiscalNote and developed features for Chrome's developer tools at Google. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Yale University, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Master of Science from Harvard's John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
