Jenna Llama

Jenna Llama has a robust background in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving in a talent role at Hightouch since December 2024. Prior to this, Jenna held various significant positions, including Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition & Strategy and Lead Recruiter at Recurve from May 2023 to December 2024, and Lead Technical Recruiter at Arize AI from April 2022 to May 2023. Experience also includes serving as Technical Recruiting Manager and Senior Technical Recruiter at Opendoor, covering roles in Pricing/ML and Data. Contributions at HomeLight involved leading diversity initiatives and interfacing with engineering teams to streamline recruitment processes. Jenna began recruitment career at ADVANTIS Global Inc., becoming the first recipient of the company’s Presidents Club Award for outstanding performance. Earlier experience includes a role as Aquatic Laboratory Research Assistant at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where Jenna utilized high-speed videography for motion analysis in elite swimming. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
