Buddy Stark

Buddy Stark currently serves as a Route Driver at Hiland Dairy Foods, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Buddy was the City Superintendent/Public Works Director for the City of Erie, Kansas, from April 2003 to February 2021, focusing on infrastructure improvements and effective budget management.
