Allison Quigg

Allison Quigg is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and internship program management. Currently serving as the Internship Program Manager and Early Career Talent Specialist at Hilb Group since December 2021, Quigg excels in collaborating with hiring managers, developing corporate internship programs, and recruiting early career talent through college outreach. Prior to Hilb Group, Quigg worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Veterinary Practice Partners, where responsibilities included recruiting for over 100 veterinary hospitals and managing a high volume of requisitions. Quigg's experience also encompasses a role as an Insurance Recruiter at The Jonus Group and an internship in human resources at The Community College of Baltimore County. Quigg holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Business from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
