Rahul Bhandari has extensive experience in engineering and technology recruiting, currently managing the recruitment process at Hillview Consulting Solutions since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rahul spent nearly 11 years at BayOne Solutions, where responsibilities included strategic planning and defining roadmaps to align with the organization's vision. Earlier experience encompasses recruiting roles at Iris Software Inc., MobileComm Technologies, and Enterprise Solution Inc., with a focus on candidate identification, technical evaluation, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Rahul holds an MBA in HR from the Institute of Management Technology and a BSc in Applied Computer Science from Delhi University.
