Marco Poltera

Marco Poltera is an experienced professional currently serving as the Global Segment Manager for Direct Fastening at Hilti Group since January 2020, after holding the position of Senior Project Manager in Corporate Development. Prior to this role, Marco Poltera was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group from September 2013 to December 2019 and completed an MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management between 2015 and 2017, where Marco Poltera also served as an MBA candidate from 2015 to 2017. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Product Manager for Technical Products at Amazon in the summer of 2016 and serving as President of ETH juniors from December 2010 to February 2012. Marco Poltera earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from ETH Zürich from 2009 to 2012.
