Aashita Bidwai is an experienced line cook currently employed at Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality since September 2022. Previously, Aashita worked at Service Inspired Restaurants (SIR Corp.) from September 2021 to December 2022, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail in food preparation. Earlier roles include line cook positions at Ottimo cucina italiana and as an intern at ITC Hotels, where Aashita gained experience across core kitchen departments. Aashita holds a degree in Culinary Management from George Brown College, along with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business/Management from Prestige Institute of Management & Research. Education was also completed at The Shishukunj International School.
