Tanu Arora is an experienced HR and rewards professional currently serving as the Global Rewards and Performance Head at Himalaya Wellness Company since January 2022. Prior to this role, Tanu was a Senior Culture Analyst at Dubai Electricity & Water Authority from February 2021 to January 2022 and worked as a Rewards Business Partner at Travelex between July 2019 and May 2020, managing Total Rewards activities across 14 countries.
