Alison Toner

Alison Toner is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and infrastructure management. Since July 2007, Alison has held multiple roles at Hines, currently serving as Director of Enterprise Architecture & Infrastructure, where responsibilities include connecting IT with business practices, overseeing helpdesk operations, vendor management, and supervising technicians across multiple countries. Prior to this, Alison managed systems and technology for regional IT support and contributed as an Information Systems Specialist. Previous experience includes working as an IT Support Technician at salesforce.com and serving as a Signal Systems Support Specialist in the U.S. Army. Alison holds an MS in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Project Management from Boston University and a BS in Business Administration from Stonehill College.
