Hyotai Lee is a seasoned professional in the construction and development industry, currently serving as the Director of Development at Hines since June 2023, and previously held the position of VP Construction & Design at INSPIRE Entertainment Resort. With a robust background that includes project management roles in various companies, Hyotai successfully managed the Fairmont Hotel development within the Yeouido Parc 1 project. Notably, work at Daelim Industrial Co., Ltd. as a Construction Project Manager led to total contract earnings of 300 billion won, while earlier experience at HDC Hotel involved coordinating major hospitality projects, including Park Hyatt Busan. A graduate of 고려대학교 with a degree in Architectural Engineering, Hyotai has extensive expertise in both residential and commercial sectors, having worked with Hyundai Development Company for over a decade.
