Kelsey Wicks

Kelsey Wicks is an experienced professional in property management and project management, currently serving as a Lease-up Community Manager at Hines since February 2024. Kelsey has held various positions in notable companies including Relocity, Inc. as a Relocation Project Manager since January 2022, and previously as a Lease Up Property Manager at Dmci, Greystar, Avenue5 Residential, and Holland Partner Group from 2013 to 2022. Kelsey has a strong educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from Ashford University, a Marketing Certificate from Edmonds College, and ongoing training at Rockwell Institute for a broker's license. Additional academic accomplishments include an Associate's degree in General Studies from Bellevue College and an Associate of Arts from Central Washington University.
