Mahmoud Shehadeh

Mahmoud Shehadeh is a seasoned professional in healthcare operations with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Director of Member Support at Hinge Health since February 2019, Mahmoud has played key roles, including Senior Manager of Patient Operations and Patient Operations Manager, contributing to the development of digital care programs for chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Prior to Hinge Health, Mahmoud was the Hub Operations Manager at KloudScript and spent over a decade at Walmart as a Lead Pharmacy Technician, where responsibilities included staff training and managing insurance claims. Mahmoud also completed an internship at Metro Infectious Disease Consultants, focusing on patient billing and data management.
