Sylwia K. has a diverse and extensive work experience in project management. Sylwia currently works as a Senior Engineering Project Manager at Hippo Insurance since November 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Project Manager at Swing Development (SwingDev) starting in April 2022. Sylwia also worked as a Project Manager at Swing Development from November 2021 to April 2022.

Before their current roles, Sylwia worked at Netguru as a Project Manager from January 2018 to October 2021. In this position, they demonstrated in-depth knowledge and experience in managing diverse agile IT projects across various industries. Sylwia was responsible for coordinating development teams, resolving conflicts, and implementing changes effectively. Sylwia also mentored and managed less experienced Project Managers while actively contributing to company processes and improvements.

Prior to their role at Netguru, Sylwia worked as a Senior Project Manager at Grace Charity Foundation and iDharavi Foundation in 2016, where they gained valuable experience in managing projects within non-profit organizations. Sylwia started their career at Unilever in 2014, working as a European Junior Brand Development Manager for Savoury: Knorr, and later as a Global Junior Brand Development for Oral Care: Zendium. In these positions, they were responsible for launching innovations, managing marketing elements, monitoring brand performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

Sylwia also has experience as a Senior Project Development Manager at PS from August 2013 to October 2015, and as an Associate Project Manager at Cyber LMJ from August 2013 to February 2014. Sylwia began their professional journey as a Team Leader at AIESEC from October 2011 to October 2013. Additionally, Sylwia worked as a Management Trainee at RESPER in 2012 and as an IT and Management Trainee at AFD Armaturen Fertigungs-und Dienstleistungs GmbH from June 2012 to September 2012.

Sylwia is knowledgeable in various industries, including insurance, fintech, travel, food delivery, big data, and marketing. Sylwia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Wroclaw in 2010, followed by a Master's degree in Management and Business Information Systems from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from 2011 to 2013. In 2015, Sylwia earned a certificate in Introduction to Communication Science from the University of Amsterdam. Sylwia later pursued a certificate in Psychology at work from The University of Western Australia in 2017.
