Yesenia Craft

Yesenia Craft, CFJST, CFCC, CPRW, has extensive experience in program management and support, primarily within nonprofit and military environments. Currently serving as a Federal Program Specialist at Hire Heroes USA since May 2015, Yesenia has developed efficient processes for client support in the federal hiring process and facilitated training for both clients and staff. Previous roles include managing operational tasks as a Temporary Manager for the North Carolina and Remote Team 1 and serving as a Transition Specialist dedicated to helping veterans and their spouses secure employment. Yesenia’s background includes positions at McDonald's Corporation, the U.S. Marine Corps, and various administrative roles, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Management and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Park University, along with a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
