Kshitij Jain

Kshitij Jain is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the recruitment advertising and technology sectors. Currently serving as General Partner and Head of Investment Committee at Neon since April 2022, Kshitij previously founded and leads Joveo, a pioneering programmatic recruitment advertising platform launched in August 2017. Kshitij's career includes significant roles such as Managing Director of MoBolt Products at Indeed.com, where innovative technologies for job applications were developed, and as Founder & CEO of MoBolt, acquired by Indeed in 2014. Early career contributions include various leadership and advisory positions at prominent companies such as Monster and Cybage Software, where Kshitij played a key role in international business development and marketing. Kshitij holds an MBA in International Business from SYMBIOSIS International University.
