Mark Rosenberger is a seasoned payroll and human capital management consultant with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Payroll & HCM Consultant at HireLevel since August 2023, Mark previously held the same role at FINSYNC from December 2019 to August 2023. Prior to that, Mark was the Owner & President of Carolina Pay Pros for a decade and also owned a service center at Time Plus Payroll for over 15 years. Mark's educational background includes a degree from the State University of New York College at Potsdam, completed between 1983 and 1987.
