Lily Pokharel

Lily Pokharel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the health IT sector and support services, currently serving as the Detection Lead for the Trust & Safety Team at Hireup since August 2019. In this role, Lily fosters an open communication culture and supports team members in achieving their performance and career goals. Previous positions include Incident Detection Analyst and Community Support Administrative Coordinator at Hireup, as well as Incident Analyst at Transport for NSW, where Lily developed incident resolution processes and maintained stakeholder relationships. With a background in medication administration at Regis Aged Care and hands-on internships in business analysis and IT support, Lily bolsters a strong educational foundation including a Master of Management from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology Business Systems from Federation University Australia.
