Kayla Dormer

Kayla Dormer is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Director of the Property Management Practice in Real Estate at Hirewell since December 2023. Previously, Kayla held the role of Senior Corporate Recruiter and HR Specialist at Product School, managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Prior to that, Kayla worked as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Blueprint Title Company, overseeing recruitment across various functions, and as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Amazon, focusing on high-volume projects. Kayla began the career at Aerotek as a Recruiter, later advancing to Recruiter Lead and Account Recruiting Manager. Additional experience includes sales roles at Impact Marketing and CVS Health, and an early position as a Senior Recruiter Assistant at Footprint Retail Services. Kayla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from California State University, Chico.
