Ashley Knight

Ashley Knight is an accomplished Product Manager with extensive experience in managing and deploying end-user technologies. Currently serving as the Product Manager for End User Experience at Hiscox since April 2024, Ashley leads a high-performing team within the IT Services department. Prior to this role, Ashley spent over a decade at Fidelity International, where responsibilities included overseeing development teams at Fidelity Labs, transforming global offices into positive Workplace environments, and managing mobile application development. Ashley's contributions have significantly enhanced employee experiences at Fidelity, including the creation of an award-winning Workplace mobile application. Educational qualifications include a CMI Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice from Imperial College Business School and multiple training certifications.
