Max Franta

Max Franta is currently a Finance Intern at HistoSonics, Inc., where responsibilities include developing a revenue model and a profit and loss model to estimate the company’s financials through 2030 for presentation to the leadership team. Prior experience includes serving as a Food Runner at Birch’s on the Lake, which enhanced customer service skills, and working as a Student Intern at Traction Capital. Max also held an Accounting Intern position at the Wayzata Booster Foundation, assisting the treasurer with data entry and transaction tracking, along with part-time work as a Manufacturer at Canvas Craft Inc., performing various shop labor tasks. Max is pursuing a degree at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, expected to graduate in May 2026, after completing high school at Wayzata High School in June 2022.
