Jesus Mantas

Jesus Mantas is a Senior Managing Partner responsible for Strategy, Innovation and Corporate Development for IBM’s Global Business Services (GBS), a $17B unit of IBM. Through his IBM tenure, Jesus has led globally IBM Business Consulting and IBM Business Process units, IBM GBS in Latin America. He is widely recognized for his ability to lead innovation, transformation and operate enterprises at the intersection of technology and culture change; he leads industry dialog about leadership, human- centric design, behavioral economics and the human side of artificial intelligence. Prior to IBM, he was a Partner in the High Technology practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers in California.

Jesus co-chairs IBM’s Hispanic Diversity Council and serves in IBM’s Acceleration Team and IBM’s AI Ethics Board, and. He serves in the Board of Directors at Biogen, Inc. and is a member of the Global AI Council of the World Economic Forum (WEF). He was named one of the Top 25 Global Consulting leaders by Consulting magazine in 2018, and has been recognized with other awards for his commitment to diversity, including “Great Minds in STEM” and HITEC 100.

Jesus holds degrees in Telecommunications and Software Engineering, and Business Administration, was an adjunct professor at the University of California, Irvine, and also served as a former officer in the Air Force of Spain.
