They design and implement features such as Hive Surveying, Hive Open Door, Hive Messenger, and Hive Fives, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and user-friendly. Collaborating closely with other departments, including People Scientists and HR partners, the team focuses on delivering a seamless and insightful experience for our clients, thereby empowering organizations to make data-driven, people-first decisions.
