Agata Bugaj

Agata Bugaj is a seasoned product leader currently serving as Chief Product Officer at ButterflyMX and Product Advisor at both Atlanta Tech Village and Hive. Previously, Agata held senior roles at FullStory, including SVP and VP of Product, leading multiple teams in Product Management, Design, and Analytics. Agata’s extensive experience also includes various positions at The Home Depot, where significant contributions were made in digital customer experience and product strategy. Agata's management tenure at Bain & Company involved leading consultative teams to drive sales and optimize operations for clients across diverse industries. Agata holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business. Additionally, Agata co-founded Polishcarols.com, a bilingual album production company, and possesses a solid technical foundation from early roles at IBM.
