Andrea Sommer is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and investor with a strong focus on empowering women in business. As Co-Founder and CEO of Hive Founders, Andrea leads a global network that supports 2,200 women entrepreneurs in launching and scaling their businesses from multiple international locations. Additionally, Andrea co-founded Continuous Solutions, a women and minority-owned company dedicated to promoting sustainable electrification technology, and Womankind Ventures, which aims to increase funding for female founders. Andrea’s investment portfolio includes roles as an investor in Besample, CULT MIA, and an angel investor with Alma Angels, all while mentoring through Techstars and advising companies like Qlode.ai and JUSTIFY. Andrea holds an MBA in Strategy from London Business School and has expertise in data science and psychology.
