Emma Martens

Emma Martens is an accomplished professional in the venture capital and entrepreneurship sectors, currently serving as a Venture Partner at Techleap, where the focus is on empowering Dutch tech through a founder-centric, data-driven approach. Emma holds roles in various organizations, including Investor Relations at Hive Founders, Advisor and Investor at Womankind Ventures, and Mentor at Village Capital's Greentech Europe 2023 initiative. As an Ambassador for One Young World, Emma plays a key role in fostering leadership among young changemakers, and also co-chairs the FinBiz2030 Task Force to align the finance sector with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Emma's previous experience includes positions as CEO of Potential.co and Operating Partner at Rcapital, complemented by a strong educational background from institutions such as the University of Oxford and Yale University.
