François Mandouze

François Mandouze is an experienced leader in operations and project management with a career spanning over 17 years in various sectors. Currently, François serves as Site Lead at Hive since November 2021. Prior to this role, François held multiple managerial positions at Amazon from September 2018 to November 2021, including Outbound Operations Manager and Pathways Operations Manager. François's extensive background in international project management was honed at Institut de Soudure Industrie from September 2006 to July 2018, where François oversaw the development of global growth initiatives and managed R&D projects in non-destructive testing. François's educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School and multiple degrees in mechanical engineering and welding.
