Alejandro Ibarra

Alejandro Ibarra is a Global Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (DMEL) Officer for the Urban Futures Program at Hivos since April 2022, specializing in monitoring and evaluation strategy implementation and technical leadership for regional teams. Previously, Alejandro served as the Interim Global Program Manager for the same program and as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for multiple countries within Hivos. Alejandro’s experience extends to the UNDP as a Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant and a Crowdfunding Specialist at GreenCrowds, alongside roles at the Community Foundation of Mendocino County and the U.S. Department of State. With a specialization in Social Project Management from the Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Alejandro brings extensive expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement across diverse settings.
