Chris Furlong

Chris Furlong is an experienced professional in housing and repairs management, currently serving as the Interim Director of Repairs at HMS since November 2024. Prior roles include Interim Director of Housing Assets at Great Yarmouth Borough Council, where Furlong contributed to community-focused initiatives, and Lead Consultant for Repairs and Maintenance at Norwich City Council, supporting major insourcing projects. Additional experience encompasses strategic leadership positions at L&Q, Ealing Council, and various housing organizations, emphasizing the development and transformation of maintenance services. Furlong earned an MA in Urban Regeneration from Leeds Beckett University between 2002 and 2006.
