Isaac Nam

Isaac Nam is currently a Talent Advisor at HMT LLC, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Isaac worked as a Recruiter with Randstad Sourceright from April 2023 to August 2023, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruiting for skilled hourly positions across the Midwest. Prior to that, Isaac was a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for Honeywell Aerospace, managing recruitment processes and liaising with Hiring Managers. Earlier experience includes serving as a Lead Trainer at Concentrix, overseeing training and development for Medicare agents, and a long tenure as an Airborne Operations Manager in the US Army, where Isaac coordinated airborne operations and logistics for over 700 personnel. Isaac holds a high school diploma from Glen A. Wilson High School and completed studies at the University of California, San Diego.
